Perfect holiday.
Our family of five, children aged 18, 11 & 9, along with my parents, had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning villa, and there truly aren’t enough words to describe how happy we were with our experience. The house is nothing short of immaculate, with a modern, bright design that’s both elegant and welcoming. The attention to detail is remarkable—every corner of the villa is designed to ensure guests have everything they need for a seamless stay. We were impressed by the welcome pack of cleaning supplies, bin liners, tea bags, coffee etc, which was such a thoughtful touch. The kitchen is equipped with every utensil you could ever think of, making meal preparation a breeze. The villa is incredibly spacious, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after long days of exploring. It’s rare to find a place that ticks all the boxes, but this villa absolutely does. We’re already planning our next trip back—it was that wonderful! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect getaway.

As described or better. Susan (co-host) was proactive, friendly, and responsive. House is beautiful and pristine. Kitchen had all utensils and cookware we needed. Everything worked as it should. Extremely clean and cared for. Nice touches with the gift bag of kitchen/household consumables, towels rolled up in each room, phone chargers in rooms, and Roku TVs in every room (with labels on remotes). Luxury master bathroom/shower/tub and couch was nice.Pool (with safety fence), Xbox gaming room, and game room with four game tables was ideal for kids of all ages. We enjoyed the table/chairs, couch, and TV on the patio.Access to the clubhouse pool/slides and exercise room was a plus.Overall wonderful experience.

The home was well maintained and equipped with these you needed!Good pots and pans to cook with, grill was available without extra charge, stock with kitchen supplies and rest rooms supplies, extra phone cords what rental does that! My family would stay there again.
childhood friends on our annual guys trip.
We're a group of childhood friends on our annual guys trip. We chose this home because we felt that it could accomodate the 6 of us comfortably, and this house definitely it the bill. We arrived just as the cleaning crew was leaving and once inside, the house did not disappoint. Our only issue during our stay was one day with the a/c that was quickly addressed by our host. Although light on some hotel style toiletries, there was really little else to complain about. The beds were comfortable as was the furniture. There was plenty to keep us entertained while we were home thanks to the ever changing Florida weather. Be it having a home cooked meal, taking a dip in the pool, utilizing the game room or watching a movie on the big screen TVs. There's a Publix close by and in general we were about 30-60 minutes aways from any attractions we were interested in. Gated community is a plus. Definitely can recommend this home to a family or group of friends. Thank you, Susan (Co-Host).
The Floridian Hideaway was AMAZING.
The Floridian Hideaway was AMAZING. It felt just like at home. Peaceful and quiet.The rooms were spacious well kept. I knew from just looking at the pictures I was going to be in good hands. I promise you if you want a unforgettable experience book with Susan (Co-Host). It was more than worth what I paid. The best 7 days spent I've had in a very long time.Thanks Susan for EVERYTHING!
A stunning place to stay
A stunning place to stay in our recent family holiday to Orlando.Floridian Hideaway has everything you need. As a family of 10, there was plenty of room in a house that has loads of living space. It was very modern and clean throughout.The location was ideal. A really straightforward drive to all the local attractions.Would definitely recommend!

Very spacious and room for our entire family. We could spread out at night and no one heard baby get up in the night. Would stay again!!!
This house is great!
This house is great! It provided everything our family of 6 needed. Plenty of space! Everything was clean, organized, and clutter free. The garage turned game room is a fun bonus! The pool area is nice—a great spot to drink coffee in the morning and catch a nice sunset in the evening. Our kids especially enjoyed the community pool and waterslide. It was very convenient having a Publixand Hungry Howies right down the road. <Floridian Hideaway> is a great spot to stay in the Orlando area!

The house was very nice. It is about 30 minutes to Disney. There is traffic in the morning. Publix’s is nearby. The AC worked well. Each bedroom has a tv and it was really nice having so many bathrooms. The mattresses and pillows were a little firm but I would definitely recommend it for a larger group or family. We had a great stay!

Loved our stay.. We had ample space for all 9 of us. The villa is fantastically equipped, spacious, clean. Would 100% stay here again if we came back to Florida.
