A copy of the Primary Renter’s driver license or passport is required in order to rent the villa.
The name and address on the ID must match the person booking the villa.

Rates

Our rates may vary day-by-day. Please select a period to see the exact price for your stay.
Providence has a minimum length of stay of 6 nights (7 days).

Payment Schedule:

25% of total trip amount is due at time of booking.
Remaining balance due 90 days before arrival.
A security deposit of $400 is due 1 days before arrival and released 2 days after departure.

Cancellation Policy:

- 100% of paid prepayments refundable if canceled 365 days (1 year) before arrival or earlier.
- 50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 91 days before arrival or earlier.
- 0% refundable if canceled 90 days prior to arrival or less.

We highly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance. By renting from us, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. It is the guest’s responsibility to monitor travel restrictions, limitations or changes that could impact your trip. Travel restrictions implemented at any time including before, during, or after you created your booking do not override cancellation policies. 

Maximum Occupancy:
The villa can accommodate a MAXIMUM of 14 guests. Every adult, child and infant are each counted individually towards the 14 person limit. This is regulated by Florida state Fire Marshall and hotel regulation and codes.

NO SMOKING and NO PETS ALLOWED:
This is a non-smoking home. There is no smoking inside of the home or surrounding the entry and exits of the villa.  Also, no smoking along side any open windows.  We take great pride in the cleanliness of the Villa and the smell of smoke has an impact on guest satisfaction. Pets and/or Smoking are NOT allowed in this home at any time. If a pet is determined to have been within the home, or smoking is detected, an extra cleaning charge of $1,000 will be applied and you may be asked to leave the property.

Internet Access:
Wireless (WiFi) Internet access is provided free of charge during your stay.
